Room rates per night, based on double occupancy, are as follows:

One night's deposit is required, which is applied to the last night. For reservations of four days or longer, a two night deposit or half of stay, is required. Personal checks and cash are accepted. 

Refund Policy:
For a full refund please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Payment of all reserved dates is required for late cancellations or early departures.

Neil Creek Room

This is a spacious corner room overlooking the creek. You may prefer to leave the windows open, so the soothing sound of the creek lulls you to sleep in your queen wrap around bed. The room is furnished with antiques, a small library, a refrigerator, a private bath, and opens onto a lush green lawn.

The Oak View Room

A private patio opens onto an expansive green lawn for your enjoyment. The room is furnished with a queen size white iron four-poster bed, a white iron day bed, antiques, a small library, a refrigerator, and a private bath.

This room can be rented as a single room, or as part of a suite.

The Family Suite

The Family Suite features queen size beds, a twin size day bed, antiques,  refrigerator, and a private bath. The suite opens onto its own private patio, under a unique grape arbor.
